Pros
Company provides a tremendous growth opportunity and challenges you to learn many different technologies. It's a complex environment as we manage many different infrastructures for our clients. The learning experience you have at Lerner Solutions is unlike any other job I have had. The CEO is an all around great person who really cares about you as a person, not just as someone who has a purpose to get the work done.
Cons
Small company so the benefits will not compete with companies like Northwell, but we'll get there as we continue to grow.

Great place to work if you are seeking a lot of hands-on experience in any IT discipline. Truly unlimited growth potential here as well as a wealth of surrounding knowledge from experience techs and management.
Cons
You must possess a great work ethic, or be open to coaching from management on how to develop a great work ethic here since its a very fast-paced environment with a lot of moving pieces.
