Pros

It’s a very professional, respectful but friendly environment. It feels like a family! You can make good money on commissions and overtime.

Cons

Benefits were expensive and not competitive. Work life balance was not the best. Often time I had to do overtime to meet company deadlines.

I have been here for a year, my only con is relationships with Vendors is different from my previous company. Vendors give better deals and pricing for larger management companies
