      The journey so far has been filled with learning, growth, and meaningful experiences. Leapfrog offers great benefits, a hybrid work model, flexible hours, and truly supports work-life balance. The leadership team is extremely accommodating and understanding, creating a culture of trust and respect. What genuinely stood out to me — and made me feel proud to be part of this organization — is the company’s thoughtful policies like Menstruation Leave (something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere) and Mandatory Birthday Leave, reflecting how much the company truly cares for its employees. Leapfrog provides not just opportunities but a platform to learn, grow, and thrive. I’m proud to be part of a workplace that values both professional excellence and employee well-being
