Pros

The training is too notch. And if taken seriously you will improve on and gain skills that will help you on every facet of life. You help people fix their homes and you get paid well to do it.

Cons

None really. You will drive sometimes 1hr or 3. Just know that. That's really the worst of it. But if you enjoy drives and seeing country side. No problem. Also winter can be slower. Just budget your money.
