      Pros

      It's a woman-owned business. The owner has many years in the recruiting business so she has many contacts in the business world which brings a lot of business to the company this give the candidates a wide range of companies to chose from.

      Cons

      So far there have been none.

      Pros

      I was on both sides of the hiring table with Traci. When I was a candidate, Traci really invested the time to know my professional past and future growth plans early on during the process, to best position me and match my strengths to the opportunities. She guided me every step of the way, and went the extra mile to make a case for my candidacy. Recently I hired engineers and reached out to Traci for help. She quickly sent me list of qualified candidates with her pre-screens.

      Time Zone difference. I am in California and she was in Tennessee
