Pros

Employee ownership. As a Larson employee you share in the company’s profits through the Employee Stock Owner Plan, where you receive money for free, just for being employed. Larson is extremely flexible and family friendly. Overtime is nearly non-existent, they believe in the 40hr work week and the work-life balance, and if you do work overtime you are compensated. Cannot say enough good things about Larson Missouri!

Cons

I truly cannot think of anything to discourage anyone from joining Larson.

ESOP with great leadership

Pros

This company has a wonderful management team, fairly nice flexibility for work-life balance, and most importantly it's an ESOP that works hard to develop a thriving employee-owner culture. You can really feel like you are making a difference, and know that your office's overall success will in turn benefit you directly.

Cons

Sick time is grouped into the allotted days of PTO you receive, but fortunately the employer is flexible about making up hours when needed. Larson is basically on par with the US average for PTO
