      Pros

      As my headline suggest it's a best company I am working currently. I had completed almost one and half year till now. Work environment is good zero politics. Very supportive staff and management. Helps us to understand the process. Allows us to do experiment and learn. Salary expenses on time.

      Cons

      If you want to try something new. Exp. New marketing strategy then approval process is slow.
