      Pros

      Profit sharing Bonuses, On Call pay, Everyone willing to teach what they know. Management is amazing from top to bottom Life/Work balance leans in favor of employees. Christmas parties are something to experience.

      No cons and believe me I tried to surface at least one.

      Always looking out for all employees. Maintaining integrity and purpose while driving to make better the people around the industry. Great benefits, adherence to specific client needs and safety regarding information retrieval and backup. All around great place to be and advance with.

      Communicating internally, regardless of situation.
