      Very compassionate leadership from my direct supervisor, genuinely cared about our wellbeing. Also generous benefits.

      Cons

      Not a lot of interactions from the actual organization, so it's leadership dependent.

      Good culture, growth through certifications, and plenty of "clubs" about non-work things (gardening, exercising, book club).

      Cons

      Very little onboarding. Older equipment (because it necessarily must be furnished by government).
