Really solid company with a friendly yet results-orientated approach to their employees. This is a good thing, considering that all the management want for you is to succeed, which can is an important perk for anyone seeking a position in which they can grow and achieve their career goals. There is also a good opportunity to learn new technology, which makes working for KompiTech an exciting project. While working for KompiTech, I also got some great opportunities to travel and experience different cultures, as the company employes many international employees which is a crucial factor for anyone looking for an international career.
