      Pros

      Passionate, creative, innovative leadership. Challenging and supporting environment with unparalleled mentorship and professional development opportunities. Cutlure is king in the office and the team is incredibly close. Being a small business, there is no red-tape or beauracracy, and consultants' effort, performance and growth are rewarded generously.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve for entry-levels. Not the right fit for anyone who isn't open minded to new methodologies or looking to be challenged.

      The team I work with is top-notch and is hyper focused on creating value for our clients. The work is challenging and the corporate culture is one that holds you accountable for driving performance and delivering high-quality work.

      Cons

      It is tough to recruit as we are located in a smaller market and at times, we have too much on our collective plates. However, we have all agreed not to ‘shop hungry’ and only hire if they are a good fit.
