1. The best leadership within a company I have found within the civilians sector in the past 7 years. 2. Team mentality throughout the company. All teams work together to help one another. 3. Cares more about the person than the procedure. 4. CEO is willing to hire beginners with a low level of knowledge who are willing to work hard and grow.
Cons
1. Customer is no located within same work space due to Covid restrictions, so collaboration is through the computer mostly.

Cons
Government Contracts are tightening and awarding lots of bad contracts, meaning that the companies with better (and higher paid) employees are losing.
