Nice people, easy work since 90% of tickets are fixing type errors from the spaghetti node backend and the fact that zero domain modeling is done so making changes is risky and error prone
Cons
No engineering culture really. Very resistant to exploring new tech. Silos and full remote make collaboration difficult. Endless bureaucratic hoops even though they have like <200 DAU. Would be surprised if the company exists in 2 years.
