      Mr. Gurvinder Batra is an exceptional manager and an inspiring co founder. Working with him has been a genuinely positive experience. His leadership style is clear, decisive, and rooted in trust, which makes it easy to take ownership and do meaningful work. He balances big picture thinking with attention to detail and always leads by example. I especially appreciate how approachable he is and how openly he shares his perspective, whether it’s about strategy, execution, or problem solving. His way of working creates momentum, clarity, and confidence across the team. I truly enjoy working with him and have learned a great deal under his leadership.
