      Pros

      - A great company for passionate individuals who want to prove themselves. As a developing organisation, there are many opportunities to grow and showcase your skills. - Strong leadership. Every leader I interacted with was supportive and genuinely invested in my success. My manager, her manager, and even the CEO all made an effort to introduce themselves, remain approachable, and provide guidance. I was also given opportunities to present and demonstrate my capabilities. - Supportive team culture. I worked in the Placement team, and they were fantastic. Dynamic, collaborative, and always willing to help. - Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home. - If I had not received an opportunity in my relevant field, I would have happily stayed and continued to grow my skills with Keypath Education.

      Cons

      - As a developing company, there may be some limitations in resources. However, the team is proactive and finds ways to work around challenges.

      Fully remote, flexible schedule, amazing culture, actually feel like I have work/life balance for the first time in my 15+ year career.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities available in current org structure.
