      I liked the management of the company. They listened to staff and tried to rectify their problems if they had any. Constant improvement and feedback was their asset and that is why they are successful

      Would have loved to stay some more but had to quit due to personal reasons

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here is that you get the best of the bosses. Be it your professional problems or personal, management is always ready to help you. Can not imagine to what extent they can go for their employee welfare.

      Cons

      The only downside is the peer to peer communication. Somehow there is an unfavourable grapevine, but then, it exists in every workplace.

I have observed that there is a common factor between the employer and employee - Lets Grow Together.Everyone is Always positive in attitude and equally concerned for growth and reputation of the org; Dependable. There is adequate freedom to contribute in terms of Ideas and Concepts.
