      I got to meet a lot of nice over the years

      Cons

      It’s IT, sometimes no matter how good you are at fixing a problem, a customer will think that somehow their Apple TV stopped working after you setup their printer.

      Pros

      Many different experiences, such as hardware, software, email, internet, and printer troubleshooting and repair, & virus removal. Excellent support help-desk support for any questions you have regarding client issues. Great growth potential for learning new skills.

      Cons

      Independent contractor (1099 job) The need to aim for as long a Time on Site as you, but yet also quickly and efficiently resolve the clients issues.

      You get to work on thousands of systems a year, I learned more in 1 year than I did in all of my schooling/text books.

      Cons

      The clients can sometimes be upset with you even if they were the ones who caused the issue in general.
