      Leaves (vl/sl) are not accurate based on our contract. Having issues with attendance that cause payroll dispute

      - 15 days PTO - 15 days Sick Leave - Fully remote due to the Account's request - Industry competitive salary

      Cons

      - Hard to request to work onsite incase there are internet/electricity issue. You really need a back up internet and a generator. They won't let you work on one of their offices that are near you. That would be easier since they are also a co-working space.
