      Pros

      Small company, that needs to show appreciation for the employees that are making them their money

      Cons

      lack of communications on the floor, and the pay is not comparable to other companies in the area

      Pros

      Worked there 4 months. Technology was, for the RV industry, "state of the art." Pay was good, never qualified for benefits.

      Cons

      Unless you broke in to (or were already part of) The Clique, you won't last long here. Management prefers local hires over outsiders. People are pleasant to work with, but will not lift a finger to help a stranger. Production floor workforce is about 90% Hispanic female. You best speak Spanish or "no communicado." Also, no joking about ICE or immigration raids. Floor supervisors let you know right now that's not funny here.
