- Driven Management Teams - Constantly evolving and improving the product - Listens to feedback from customers and employees - Flexible schedule - Super friendly people - Work/Life balance - Competitive product on the marketplace
Cons
Lots to learn during the onboarding process which isn't extremely easy to pick up due to the 2 SaaS platforms that JumpDEMAND builds. Has a decent amount of overlap. Once you get your head wrapped around the difference in products and processes as an employee, it gets much easier to manage.

JumpDEMAND has a great work culture. As a smaller, up-and-coming company, the work everyone does has an immediate impact on the business. Everyone at JumpDEMAND is hard working and committed to success, while at the same time senior management promotes a healthy work-life balance. "People with Passion, Performing With Purpose" is a company theme that the company fosters through open communication, clear sharing of company vision and direction, and constant feedback on what everyone is doing well, and where more focus should be given.
Cons
As with any smaller company there are constraints on training and resources. Fewer folks in the trenches means they are often wearing more hats. That requires a level of flexibility that is not for everyone.
