      -Leadership that is dedicated to helping therapists grow and advance in their careers via CEUs, mentoring, and opportunities to advance. -Friendly staff that work well together and collaborate frequently -Large space with a lot of equipment for treatment sessions -Open communication and leaderships' willingness to listen to concerns and make improvements within the company allowing for growth -Opportunities for bonus in multiple ways -Schedule flexibility allowing for increasing hours when I am wanting to make some extra money

      -The large space can sometimes be difficult to keep orderly, requiring some intentional organization and cleaning up after sessions -Fast paced environment that may not be the preference of everyone

      JLD managers really care about the staff. They try hard to listen to any personal or professional concerns they have and do their best to address them.

      Cons

      As a fast growing business, there are a lot of job applicants and sometimes one or two get hired who don't fit in with the supportive culture. But management still does well to handle these types of situations.
