      You will not find another company that supports it's agents as well as Jeff Cook Real Estate.

      Cons

      You get used to the professionalism of JCRE and it gets hard dealing with other agent companies who don't have systems in place.

      Everyone is super helpful and easy to get along with. I enjoy being a part of the family atmosphere. If I need anything, everyone is willing to pitch in and help.

      Cons

      Most team members work really hard to pull their weight. It’s tough to hold everyone accountable all the time.
