      Pros

      I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

      No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.

      What a great team

      Pros

      I've worked with a lot of teams, and the marketing team at JOOR was one of the most collaborative teams I've worked on. The marketing leader kept everyone in lock step to ensure success and have fun in the process.

      Cons

      I had to wake up and attend meetings at 6a a couple of times to speak with international cohorts, but that's it.
