I recently joined JM Swank and am enjoying the culture. It's a nice mix of long tenured staff and new hires. Everyone has that friendly "Iowa Nice" attitude and helps each other out.

There has been a lot of change and that always presents challenges with communication. There is a lot of effort to address this.
Benefits are well above average with vacation, sick time and benefits available from the first day.
Well respected company in the industry working with large accounts. Great learning experience.
