Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working at JFrog as a Customer Experience Specialist. The company genuinely cares about its customers and empowers employees to make an impact. The team is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to share knowledge. I’ve had opportunities to work closely with customers, solve complex issues, and develop both my technical and communication skills. The work is engaging, and there is exposure to a wide range of technologies and customer environments.

Cons

The fast-paced environment provides continuous learning opportunities, which means there is always something new to understand and master. As the company continues to grow, employees are encouraged to adapt quickly and take on new challenges, which can be demanding but also contributes significantly to professional development.

Pros

Good people, good hours, hard working but fair. The company is very stable in an unstable market. I'm very happy at JFrog, love my team and the work.

Cons

Strong hierarchy. A lot of power to managers - can be good but can also be problematic.
