      Pros

      I worked here for roughly a year and learned a lot about marketing. The team is young and full of fresh ideas. Management is very open to new strategies and really listens to its employees' suggestions.

      Cons

      I would not say there are any cons, no one micro manages you so you have to keep yourself busy. If you are the type of person who needs to be told what to do, this is not the job for you.
