Invicta is an exciting company to work for. The leadership team is focused on delivering top services and solutions and clients and investing in the workforce. The benefits packages continue to improve every year. People care for each other and encourage one another to hone their skills.
Cons
Invicta is a growing organization. It's important to be nimble and efficient. Individuals who want to be part of a collaborative effort will succeed. Because it is a tech-forward company, process improvements and new resources come online quickly.

I’ve been working at Invicta for almost a year now and the company is wonderful. Normal work schedule Monday-Friday however flexible, paid holidays, generous PTO. Management has always assisted me with questions and understanding issues that arise and educate appropriately. Everyone works as a team. Monthly meetings with management and educational department trainings which help facilitate success

Large caseload can sometimes be overwhelming
