Pros

- The technologies used in these projects are quite rare in Bangladesh, making it a valuable opportunity to work with and learn from them. - The most admirable aspect is the vibrant work environment and the incredible colleagues who make it truly special. It's a pleasure to connect with such great talents. - Having worked closely with the CEO and CTO, I’ve seen them actively work on issues and resolve them quickly, making the environment more comfortable. They encourage decision-making and always offer their full support, regardless of the outcome. - The salary is highly competitive and exceeds the market average.

Pros

- They are working in challenging stacks of technology. The learning graph is high. - They are a lot better than my expectations from previous reviews. It's clear that they are a good learner and they are learning from their mistakes. - Employees including the CEO, and CTO are amicable. - The working environment is so good. Also, the company keeps track of personal issues so that they can help one when he/she needs. The salary margin is highly competitive. If one deserves it, the salary will be revised after the probation period. In short, the present state of the company is satisfactory.

Cons

- The company does not yet maintain a hierarchy of designations. - It does not have a responsible HR department. - The probation period nowadays is very long. However, this new policy started after my joining. In this case, the company should count this time as a part of a year for increment.

Thank you for your review. The probation period is currently 6 months which was previously 3 months. Every employee currently receives a salary evaluation after the completion of his probation period. Previously, employees who performed exceptionally well in their three months of probation received a salary evaluation. If an employee didn't receive a salary evaluation after his probation, then this time is counted as part of a year for evaluation.
