Pros

Inventus is a great place to work. Like most sales roles, you will get out everything that you put in. The culture is pretty laid back as long as you put in the work.

Cons

As a global role, the hours can sometimes become strenuous and very stressful. Having excellent organizational skills and time management is a must.

Cons

It’s hard work, but rewarding. Some weeks you’ll need to put in extra time to keep up with workload.
