Pros
Management is super nice. They genuinely care about me. We have open conversations about what I need to do to make the next step in my career here. Schedule for this position is somewhat flexible as they offer morning and evening shifts, but I've never had to work too early or too late.
Cons
If you do not like working in a commission environment, I strongly encourage you to not apply. There have been a couple weeks where I didn't sell as much as I wanted and because of that, my paycheck was less. However I was able to make it up during the next work week.
