ICC is a great company to work for. All ICC employees work really hard, it is a very busy office, there is always a lot of work and employees are very knowledgeable and smart. Co-workers and management are friendly and open. Great opportunities for professional development.

Probably the highest paying employer in our area and a genuinely friendly work environment with caring (but demanding) management. Hard work, initiative, attendance, and independent thinking are recognized and rewarded.

Workload can be strenuous and training could be better
