      Knowledgeable personnel, flat leadership style, family feel, opportunity for growth, worked with multiple international partnerships

      Cons

      Honestly none to report. Sales team seemed to be just short of closing some major deals of the developed technology. Company is always striving for new business and landing the next big contract, not really a Con, actually great ambition.

      Interop Technologies encompasses a group of friendly , hardworking individuals that promote an "all in this together" culture that is not only highly infectious , but also allows individual autonomy in your approach to work and projects assigned. Our highly charismatic CEO cares deeply for the company and it's success but even moreso , it's people and - their - success. The "in it to win it, together" axiom that is the very foundation of our core never falters , never changes and indeed fosters the outstanding environment we work within. It would be easy to dismiss the above as the writings of a shill but let me assure you it's absolutely not. Interop is a unique and amazing place to work, hands down.

      I'm truly drawing a blank when it comes to any cons I can find with Interop Technologies. The public needs to see more of the positive feedback in respect to this unique and absolutely awesome place to plant the seed of your career versus the negative reviews of a few select people that did not embrace the unparalleled opportunities this company provides for individual growth and career advancement.
