      Pros

      Working from home as a freelancer. Never had issues with payments or supervisors.

      Cons

      One month you may have to work many hours while another one you may have almost nothing to work on. Not good for a standard income.

      Pros

      fun, challenging, enforces accountability. One of the best things is the number of friends I have made, the relationshops I have built, and the knowledge that has been imparted. Everyone makes their job their own, I have peers that worry about me as a person, not just about getting the job done. I have built amazing relationships with my superiors, and I feel that they care about me as much as I do about them.
