Pros

Interdependence is a place where you can truly grow if you’re motivated, proactive, and excited to be part of a fast-moving agency environment. The leadership team is highly engaged and invested in both the business and the people, which creates a culture where strong work is recognized and new ideas are welcomed. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the level of ownership employees are given. You’re trusted to lead, think strategically, and contribute beyond your role, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding. There’s a clear emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and delivering real results for clients. The agency is evolving quickly, which creates a lot of opportunity to shape processes, build new systems, and have a direct impact on how the company operates. If you enjoy being part of building something and not just maintaining the status quo, this is a great place to be. The team is supportive, smart, and driven. There’s a strong sense of momentum across the organization, and it’s exciting to be part of a company that’s continuing to grow and refine its approach.

Cons

Currently, I have no cons.

Pros

What stands out most is how much people here actually care. About clients, about the work, about each other. That's not something you can fake over time, and I've seen it consistently. When things get hard (and in PR they do sometimes), people at all levels roll up their sleeves and dig in together. There's a team motto, "We can do hard things," and it's not just words. I've watched team members from all levels jump into the weeds alongside everyone else when a challenge hits. I feel challenged every day, but I also feel supported. That combination keeps me engaged.

Cons

This is a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs for every client. Personally, that motivates me. I like knowing what success looks like and working toward it. But if that kind of accountability feels like pressure rather than clarity, it may not be the right fit. The company also leans heavily into AI as part of how we work. If you're resistant to using AI tools, you'll probably feel out of step here.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for over five years, and I’ve truly loved my time here. Since day one, I’ve had so many opportunities to grow, learn, and challenge myself in new ways. One of the things that means the most is having leadership that genuinely believes in you and wants to see you succeed. Over the years, I’ve learned so much and built skills in so many areas, which has made my experience here even more rewarding.

Cons

I can't think of any.
