Pros

During my tenure there, I found that the company had far exceeded my expectations in almost every respect. Entering the world of B2B with minimal prior experience was indeed daunting, but the ethos, the structure, and the support I found at Intercept made the transition smooth and inviting. It is the kind of company where each cog, irrespective of its size, is integral to the system. The management team embodies this idea completely and communicates it effectively, creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and a firm belief in teamwork. This is further enhanced by the company's commitment to recognizing and applauding individuals for their contributions, irrespective of their roles and levels. It was uplifting to see that at Intercept, even the smallest wins are celebrated, fostering a culture that continually motivates its team members. The caliber of clients that Intercept serves is truly impressive, encompassing some of the most prestigious names in the industry. This alone provides an exceptional learning curve, an opportunity to stretch one's capabilities, and the satisfaction of being part of meaningful, high-impact projects. The meticulous processes that the company has developed over the years are top-notch, ensuring efficient execution of projects and helping to maintain a robust relationship with clients. The work culture at Intercept is another aspect that sets it apart. It balances professionalism with a friendly and supportive atmosphere, ensuring that everyone feels included and valued. There is a palpable sense of camaraderie that extends beyond work matters, building strong interpersonal connections and making the work environment enjoyable. In a nutshell, Intercept is a place where you can grow both professionally and personally, surrounded by a talented and supportive team. While I am no longer part of the company, I will forever carry the invaluable experiences and lessons I gained during my tenure. I strongly recommend Intercept to anyone who is passionate about B2B marketing and wants to be a part of a vibrant, respectful, and forward-thinking work environment.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the work timings for offshore employees but that's something one can blame on the time zones not necessarily on the company.

Pros

Ive been working with Intercept in a contractual capacity for over a year. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Pros: 1. Be better: The team embodies the their "be better" mantra. It's not just about making yourself better or encouraging your team members to be better. It's about producing the best quality for client. The team is constantly striving to produce better work - whether internal or external.. 2. Always be learning: With new models coming in everyday, the team is always learning new things. From sharing the latest technology updates to the latest trend on social, the team is always learning. 3. True team culture: The Intercept team embodies team culture. There is a heavy reliance on other team members to produce quality work. Each team member plays their own role in a synchronized manner - just like an orchestra.

Cons

Given that it is the marketing world, so timelines can be intensive. The work pressure may increase and time management may get difficult at times. However, the strong team culture across each member of the team ensures that deliverables are sent out without having to be buried in work debt.
