Working remotely with equipment provided Flexible working Good company culture and social events Autonomous workflow Respected regardless of experience Extremely warm and welcoming team

Cons

Nothing that I experienced in my time there, I'm just sorry to have left so soon! I really appreciate how understanding and supportive everyone was when I decided to start a new adventure.

Pros

A really friendly work environment in a nice and bright office. I joined the company in an entry-level position after graduation from university and had the opportunity to develop my skills and my role greatly during my time. Management is very supportive and there are opportunities for grow coaching, mentoring and training. As the company is still growing, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in wider business projects, work with other teams and be involved in other aspects of the company. There are regular social events throughout the year too and charitable work to get involved in.

Cons

There are some very busy periods as students are enrolled and as the company is still growing a lot of responsibility and knowledge might sit with just one individual.

Pros

Really friendly enviroment. The manangement really take an interest in you and try to help you be the best person in general and best person for the job and everyone is friendly and generally nice to work with a be around. There is an atosphere of ambition but a day to day ease. Perfect balance of a big proffesional company and a small bespoke business.
