      I love this place - Great team

      Pros

      Not micro managed. Able to grow with the company, learn a lot, and skies the limit. Brandon is really easy to work for. Do your job, keep clients happy and everyone is happy. Everyone is pretty innovative and loves to come up with great ideas. Clients are great.

      Cons

      Pretty lean staff so you have to love to be pretty busy. There's a lot of work so you can get burned out pretty quick. Would love to see more benefits offered like health insurance and more PTO. But really can't complain.

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to pitch in and help when needed, and super friendly. The Boss is amazing and really fun! You can work from home as long as you do all your work.

      Cons

      Sometimes get pigeonholed into older technologies.
