Pros
The people I work here are pretty motivated and the overall environment is more like a big group of friends, rather than just some random strangers going there from 9-18. If I can't do something I can always rely on multiple people providing assistance.
Cons
There are times when the friendly atmosphere causes initially sounding strange procedures 😁 Doing the job right is more important than doing what you were told, which can be confusing at times.

There were very kind and nice colleagues from whom I many things, such as working as a team, organizing my task, growing up as a person and how to be more efficient.
Cons
We did not have many trainings and that slowed down my professional growth.
