      Pros

      My position at iFOS has allowed me to grow and gain a variety of professional skills that I would have never expected when I was first hired. There is indeed a lot of change that occurs, but it has led to new opportunities and experiences. I enjoy the cooperative environment and focus on team building. iFOS offers many incentives for hard work and I have always felt appreciated for my contributions.

      Cons

      You'll be asked to step outside your comfort zone (but never in an unethical manner) which can be difficult at times.

      Pros

      iFOS Managing Consultants is a small company and your not just a number doing a job. If you work hard and do your job you have a lot of flexibility with your work schedule depending on the contract.

      Cons

      The company is has mostly federal contracts that require you to be in Washington, DC during the work day.

      Pros

      I recently joined the iFOS team and immediately felt welcomed. While they are an established company with many large federal clients they have a very close knit group and really go out of their way to make you feel like a part of the family. Every member of the team takes great pride in their work and expect the same from each and every employee that joins the team. The CEO is extremely hands on and accessible to everyone. I have over 13 years in HR and can say that this company truly strives to be the best they can be, they acknowledge when their is room for improvement and are quick to implement better practices and procedures.

      Cons

      They expect a lot out of their employees, task and duties wise but also in upholding a high level of professionalism. If you are looking for slow paced environment this may not be the best fit.
