      Employees who deliver results are appreciated by leadership and are regularly acknowledged. CEO encourages employees to challenge themselves to grow and be their best self both personally and professionally. He leads by example by sharing his own goals and progress. Company embraces the diverse work force and grants the freedom to choose holidays to observe rather than mandating company wide days off. Great office space, equipment and amenities. Colleagues with great attitudes and strong team mentality.

      Cons

      No job is perfect. They all come with challenges and moments of frustration. These are the times when having great people around you is important. My colleagues at IntelliCentrics have always been encouraging and supportive.
