- Meaningful work - Great benefits - Generous PTO policy - Wonderful team of people to work with

Cons

- Smaller company so must be a self starter and take initiative; sometimes asked to wear many hats - lengthy interview process, not a lot of transparency on how you are doing or if you will even hear back from them (this may have changed since the last time I was involved with hiring)

- They actually care about your well-being - Work from home for every position - Competitive pay

Cons

The only con I can think of is that they took away the company Christmas Party, so you don't get to see your co-workers that much anymore in person. It makes sense though since they paid for airfare and hotel for everyone.
