Pros
Easy start up for RN new grads. It was a good job during difficult employment for new grads. Salary start up is $45/hr.
Cons
No raise. It took them over 2 years and me petition for it for several times d/t the increase in roles to give me $2/hr raise. Not great benefits

This is an agency with minimal benefits. Sometimes there is confusion with scheduling.
