      Pros

      Integrity Energy is a great company that gives people a second chance and provides real opportunities for growth and advancement. The hours are excellent from 9am- 5pm, easy place to have balance with work and outside life and the benefits are outstanding. The people that work here make coming to work enjoyable every day, and management is supportive and genuinely cares about its employees. It's a place where you not only have the opportunity to make good money, but also to save, build your future, and create a better life for yourself and your family.

      Cons

      It's a high pressured sales job but if you put in the effort and want to succeed it will take you places you never thought you could make it to.

      Pros

      Is a good place for people who need second chances. I would say this is a judge free work environment and you meet people from all walks of life. You really see people change their lives at this company. There is room for advancement in certain departments.

      I would say that there is a lot of pressure to perform even when things are slow.
