      Pros

      *excellent work schedule *Upper Management is GREAT to work for *pay is great- more then I made at any other job *LOVE doing the jobs that I am assigned to do-- of course there are difficult days but you have that in any job *I absolutely love the fact that the owners of the company will get involved with the day to day and help out where they are needed-- to make operations run smoother

      Cons

      I can't think of a thing that I dislike about the company- maybe some employees that feel they are entitled to more when they don't want to work for more.

      Pros

      Good pay for industry. They hire all ages across the board. Over time is available at times.

      Cons

      Cost of insurance is high, but it is everywhere. Sometimes get off late due to late runs.
