      Pros

      The people who are currently employed here love it here! Our company culture is of extreme importance to us. Our employees are aligned with our core values and are very happy here.

      Cons

      Sometimes we hire someone who we think is a good core value fit for our company, and then find out that’s not the case. When that happens, we move on from the employee. Core values is of more importance to us than job skills!

      Cons

      Location makes it difficult to recruit the best resources available. Remote worker recruiting is being used to combat this issue.

      • Management values your research and pursuit of finding better ways of running the company. • You don't feel like "another cog in the machine" • Micro-managing is non-existent so long as you are self-motivated • Great staff willing to help you at work and outside of work • Management understands personal reasoning and will work with you to meet your hours if you need to leave • Team-focused atmosphere • Faith based - but do not shove it down your throat • Not uncommon for management to fire up the grill and feed us lunch • New office facility with room to grow • Genuine care for clients • Management are involved in the community

      Cons

      • Office is an icebox • Constantly run out of creamers • The industry is not for the faint of heart • Company growing so rapidly that we need more staff • There is no good food in Madison Heights (seriously)
