Pros
IHMS allows me to use my skills to help patients, facilities and communities maintain a high standard and availability of medical services by helping to provide payer sources for needed care. IHMS also provides me with the opportunity to fine tune our processes and provide training to our staff to help ensure that we doing all that we can to get assistance approved for our customers.
Cons
Staying abreast of the constant changes and revisions to the Affordable Healthcare Act, and ommunicating them timely to our staff..

Pros
The company is not too big to where you are just another number, but not too small where there are no opportunities. The company continues to grow at a good pace and upper management is there for those who work for them. The balance between work and life is very good. Management is very considerate of team members personal time.
Cons
Due to the company being a little on the smaller side each team member must wear a number of different hats. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but you always must be prepared for setting new.
