I was able to grow both professionally and personally, helped by an approachable leadership team that gives you trust and room to develop. The salary is solid and extra effort is compensated fairly. The overall atmosphere is very friendly, and the good facilities plus small everyday things like coffee, fruits, and the great food in the dining hall really make a difference day to day. The international environment is also quite unique for St. Gallen and adds a lot to the experience.
