Pros

Best company I’ve ever worked for. My manager was laid back and trusted me to do my job. Always checked on me and made sure I was supported. My entire team was supportive and helpful despite company pivots and changes. Also after a reduction in force they were very generous to allow us to keep our equipment and help us with resources.

Cons

Experienced a reduction in force due to sales not hitting their numbers yet after reduction in force, sales was still able to go on their offsite celebration. It was a bit disheartening as many people were laid off. It didn’t feel appropriate.

Product is incredible and is industry agnostic, which means no shortage of leads and potential customers.

Cons

Need to be able to be a self-starter. Fully remote company so no hand-holding when it comes to getting your work done.

Was laid off due to downsizing but have nothing bad to say.
