The company culture is very professional and growth-oriented. Senior management is supportive and always open to new ideas. Exposure to end-to-end financial operations and decision-making processes has been a key highlight of my role. Cross-department coordination is smooth, and collaboration is encouraged. Timely salary payments, good appraisal cycles, and a healthy work-life balance. Opportunities for learning new tools and upgrading finance knowledge regularly.
