      Pros

      I learned a lot during my two years at Insight. The management team is open to new ideas. During my time there my leadership skills improved.

      Cons

      Main downside was the benefits were not as good as some of the larger banks in Birmingham. I've heard the benefits are awesome now the Green Dot owns the company.

      Pros

      - Great people to work with! - Encouraged to learn and to do things independently. - Innovative, new ideas are always welcome. - Interesting, exciting projects often expanding into new areas with opportunities to learn new skills and get cross-trained in other areas - There is not a single day that goes by without me learning new things, I keep improving professionally and am given the feeling that I'm contributing to the team effort. - Honestly, if you work hard and do the right thing, it pays off. - Free Soft Drinks and Cheap Vending Machine.

      Cons

      Like in any start up, things can move incredibly fast. Hold on tight for a fast paced ride here that only a driven, dedicated, and hard working individual can handle and thrive in. This is not your normal 9-5 and if you're looking for a place where your mind stops thinking about innovative and alternate ways to drive performance and revenue, look elsewhere. Like the old saying: No pain, no gain

      A young, growing company with lots of potential

      Pros

      You have the chance to make a difference and see the impact of your contributions. Great people! Many of them have been promoted from within.

      Cons

      The company was a start up and sometimes has growing pains. If you don't like change, this is not the place for you. Also, most of us work in the call center, so it is unlikely you will work a traditional 9-5 schedule.
